The old design for exterior vari-focal and auto iris adjustment for all IR cameras are mainly using the rubber band system to adjust. However, the drawback of this mechanism will gradually focus off as a result of the rubber band tension or the aging of the rubber band. As a result, there is always an off-focus problem of these old design. Our Patent and new invention of Roller Mechanical Design can solve all these design problem and provide a very easy and accurate focusing for all the IR cameras to provide a clear picture all the time.
Roller system for exterior vari focal adjustment was passed recently and will be open on the 47th gazette by State Intellectual Property Office, patented No. 200820045035.7
